Music
Play music while working or doing any other activity. The music combines with your work script to make a more complex, emotional script. This tends to inhibit predetermined scripts from playing out.
Nature
Walking in nature, too, breaks up many scripts. If you spend 24 hours a day indoors, scripts can form based on continual exposure to the same environment. Perhaps a major purpose of weekends and holidays is to break up scripts that would otherwise take over.
